Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations within the office
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Manage office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available and properly stored.
Supervise and assign daily duties to company drivers according to operational needs.
Create and update driver schedules, routes, and distribution plans based on timelines.
Monitor driver attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
Follow up on vehicle availability, usage, and proper (licenses, insurance, etc.).
Act as a liaison between drivers and management to resolve any issues or delays
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Strong personality
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Knowledge of basic vehicle documentation and logistics processes is a plus.
