Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Contracting Administrative Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of commercial, technical, and administrative workflows within Colorwall s contracting operations. The role requires an Interior Architect with hands-on contracting or fit-out experience who can manage the entire cycle from client brief technical assessment offer preparation execution support quality control before client handover.

Key Accountabilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate client offers, quotations, and cost breakdowns.

Review and safeguard contracts prior to signature, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, clarify project scope, and maintain professional, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Use AutoCAD to extract quantities, study drawings, and prepare/update technical layouts.

Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess project conditions, and confirm product quantity.

Perform accurate quantity take-off for materials, products, and labor needed for each project with project manager s assistance.

Coordinate with site teams during execution to ensure alignment with contracts, approved drawings and offers.

Support quality control (QC) checks before client handover.

Maintain organized project files, technical documentation, and updated logs.

Ensure all technical and administrative data is accurate and accessible for ongoing and future projects.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

Bachelor s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a contracting, fit-out, or finishing company.

Hands-on exposure to on-site coordination and technical drawings.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

Solid understanding of construction details, materials, quantities, and finishing works.

Excellent math, numerical reasoning, and analytical skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Presentable, professional, and reliable.

Able to work independently, quickly, and with high accuracy.

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
