Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle and perform Daily Cash operations & Payments

- Prepare payments schedule according to booking orders and agreements.

- Manage and prepare Transfer letters.

- Manage Consignment Process and prepare related reports.

- Prepare Daily and Monthly Reports Requested by Management.

- Manage Company's Insurance Contracts.

- Manage Accessories, Consumables, & Stationery Stock and provide Branches needs.

- Other Treasury and reporting Duties may be requested by Management.

- Manage fuel cards and fuel consumption.



Requirements


- Minimum 3-4 years Previous Experience in a same role

- Having a degree in accounting or Business administration

- Meticulous with attention to details

- Good Communication and Analytical Skills

- Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
