Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company s general administrative activities.

Communication Management: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, distribute mail, and prepare communications to ensure smooth information flow within the office.

Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including logistics and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

Document Management: Organize and maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and handle correspondence to ensure easy access to information.

Office Operations: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, expense reporting, invoicing and ordering office supplies to support daily operations.
