Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Role can be based in our DMCC, Media City, or JAFZ office.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 2 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Strong documentation skills, including professional email drafting
- Ability to handle daily office tasks, scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in completing tasks
- Professional and reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to support internal departments and ensure smooth office operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Preference for candidates who can speak multiple languages
