Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents Manage schedules, appointments, and basic correspondence

  • Assist with simple logistics tasks (coordination of deliveries, supplies, and arrangements)

  • Prepare reports, emails, and internal documents as needed

  • Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks

  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven organizational and time-management skills

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently

  • Basic understanding of quotation coordination is an advantage

  • Good petty cash management skill

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
