Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents Manage schedules, appointments, and basic correspondence
Assist with simple logistics tasks (coordination of deliveries, supplies, and arrangements)
Prepare reports, emails, and internal documents as needed
Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven organizational and time-management skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Basic understanding of quotation coordination is an advantage
Good petty cash management skill
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
