Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our head office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including office coordination, HR support, and document control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and facility needs.
- Handle document control, filing, and archiving in physical and digital formats.
- Assist with HR tasks such as attendance tracking, employee records, and onboarding processes.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
