Roles & Responsibilities
Filtering calls
Mail management
Preparation of calls for tenders (paper and electronic)
Administrative monitoring of projects, from the establishment of quotes to the closure of construction sites (reports, invoices, etc.)
Dashboard management Calendar
management
Formatting of documents
Monitoring of unpaid invoices
Sending and monitoring of customer satisfaction surveys
Archiving of closed cases
Skills and abilities:
A good level of French is required.
Proficiency in the Office Pack is essential;
General knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques
Minimum level bac + 2 or equivalent experience of at least one year in a similar position
