Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enrich and manage a client portfolio.
- Analyze and understand customer problems or needs and offer them a solution adapted to a customer request or problem.
- Promote the offer of services.
- Develop business with prospects.
- Report on your business activity.
- Submit to calls for tender Specific activities.
- Carry out mailing actions.
- Participate in monitoring staff deployed to clients.
- Participate in trade shows, visit all the trade shows.
- Billing and collection.
- Achieve the commercial objectives (quantitative and qualitative) set for it by responding to the needs of customers and prospects, in a specific sector and in compliance with the company's commercial strategy.
- Prospecting and retaining new potential customers.
- Development of a commercial proposal in accordance with the commercial policy.
- Participation in the development of the technical proposal.
- Conclusion of sale (negotiation).
- Monitoring project progress.
- Dynamic, versatile and available, with excellent listening skills and a great capacity for adaptation.
- Accustomed to working under pressure, managing stress professionally and remaining efficient in all circumstances.
- Technical sales knowledge.
- Negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of the company's products and/or services.
- General knowledge of the IT sector and associated profession.
- Sense of service and communication.
