Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. • Maintain and update client data, documents, and records. • Manage client tracking and updates using Zoho CRM. • Coordinate with internal teams in Dubai to ensure timely task completion. • Prepare and organize proposals, agreements, and reports. • Assist in digital marketing coordination – managing posting schedules, social media updates, and content organization. • Monitor ongoing tasks and report progress to management. • Maintain proper documentation and ensure workflow efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is a plus. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.). • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala.
