Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Seeking a dynamic and presentable female Admin & HR Executive with experience in finance, HR, and office administration, ideally for our Abu Dhabi head office. The candidate will manage the front desk, handle enquiry calls, oversee HR activities, assist in accounts, and coordinate documentation and permit approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception: Attend calls, greet visitors, handle enquiries
  • Act as the first point of contact for office and labour HR-related issues
  • Handle HR functions: Recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave records, payroll support
  • Support Accounts Head in basic financial documentation and accounting tasks
  • Assist Operations Head with all permits, approvals, and authority processes
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation for HR, finance, and admin
  • Draft correspondence, memos, and reports in English
  • Address labour grievances in Hindi, offering HR support as needed
  • Ensure smooth office administration and day-to-day coordination
  • Support computer-based tasks: MS Office, emails, and data entry

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, admin, or finance roles in the UAE
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken/written)
  • Presentable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Team player with attention to detail and integrity
  • Experience dealing with government/authority approvals and official documentation
