Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Admin, and HR Analyst supports operational efficiency, administrative compliance, and human resource functions for the organization. This role ensures smooth project execution, accurate documentation, and adherence to government standards in HR and administrative processes. It involves coordinating between project teams, HR, and finance to maintain transparency and accountability.

  • Administrative Management

    Oversee office administration for the organization and project sites.

    Manage official correspondence, filing systems, and record-keeping.

    Prepare reports for internal audits and external regulatory reviews.

  • HR Support

    Assist in recruitment processes for the organization and project-based roles.

    Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

    Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

    Ensure adherence to government HR and administrative policies.

    Prepare audit-ready documentation for HR and project operations.

  • Reporting & Analytics

    Track operational and HR metrics; prepare reports for senior leadership.

    Recommend process improvements based on data insights.

    Utilize HRIS and project management tools for efficient workflows (e.g., Odoo).

    Implement automation for repetitive administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Core Skills

  • HR Processes (Recruitment Support, Payroll, Employee Records)

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and Project Management Tools

  • CIPD Accreditation

  • Minimum Experience - 5+ years in operations, administration, or HR roles.

  • Experience in government or public sector projects preferred.

  • Familiarity with HR compliance and project governance frameworks.

Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred: Master’s degree in HR Management or Public Administration.
