Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate And Plan Company' Events with People Dept.

Communicate And Build a Great Relationship with Different Vendors for Various Supplies Needs.

Prepare and monitor Admin Budget.

Handling Admin s Custodies and Settlements.

Determine All Internal Workspace Various Needs.

Supervise Buffet and Cleaning Stuff.

Monitor And Handle Facilities Team Performance.

Be In Charge of Handling Maintenance and Facilities Issues with The Building Control Tower to Insure It Is Properly Maintained And Facility Assets Are Appropriately Provided And Assigned.

Provide General Administrative and Facility Support.

Delivering Administrative Reports to The Administration Manager

Meeting And Greeting Company Visitors and Walk-Ins in An Appropriate and Professional Manner.

Welcoming And Assisting New Hires on Their First Day and Directing Them to Their Onboarding Process and Location.

Maintaining And Arranging Requested Meeting Room Bookings and Making the Needed Arrangements.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field

+3 years of relevant administration experience

Excellent command of the English language

Excellent computer skills

Microsoft Office skills

Max age 30 years
