Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in all processes, activities, departments, and operations of both companies
Data Entry of Accounting Data
Keep track and update the trial balance
Compile financial and accounting reports (Budget, Cash flow, P&L, Income Statement, Stock Inventory, Stock Value...)
Manage all paperwork related to the company
Handle and coordinate active marketing and business calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
Ensure file organization based on office protocol (online and offline)
Prepare client proposals, agreements, and invoices
Follow up on client proposals and payments
Ensure all processes are met with accurate timeframes and delivery
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Assist in customer service (online and on-site) and management of the Maison Mirath boutique
Responsible for Boutique Display
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Pro-activeness and enthusiasm to learn and grow
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
