Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage calls and mails
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, and calls
Coordinate with clients and management as well.
Prepare Invoices, replying mails, strong follow ups
Must have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in administrative or coordination roles are highly preferred.
Prior experience in Construction Industry
