Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage calls and mails

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, and calls

  • Coordinate with clients and management as well.

  • Prepare Invoices, replying mails, strong follow ups

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Candidates with 1+ year of experience in administrative or coordination roles are highly preferred.

  • Prior experience in Construction Industry
