Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Draft, review, and translate correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and confidential information.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay accurate messages promptly.
  • Support management with presentations, reports, and other business needs.
  • Ensure professional communication internally and externally with clients and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field is preferred.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferably proficient in a second language German or Russian.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
