Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and replenished as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Support event planning and execution for internal meetings, workshops, and company functions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to address office needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
