Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and events seamlessly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and packages.
- Maintain and organize company files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to keep stock efficient.
- Support HR functions like schedule interviews and manage onboarding paperwork.
- Compile and verify accuracy of data for monthly management reports and statistics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Provide logistical support for company events, seminars, and workshops.
- Perform other clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
