Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum Accounts professional to join our dynamic team. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of administrative and accounting skills to support our business operations effectively. As an essential member of our team, you will handle general administrative duties while also assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a strong understanding of financial procedures. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain the company filing system and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders for smooth business interactions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Handle petty cash management and report on monthly cash flow activities.
  • Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with all other duties as assigned by management or the finance department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
