Onboarding New Partners:

Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new restaurant partners.

Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are completed.

System Installation:

Manage the setup and installation of point-of-sale (POS) systems and related technology at partner locations.

Troubleshoot any technical issues during installation and provide solutions.

Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on using the delivery platform and POS systems effectively.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners post-installation to ensure smooth operations.

Monitoring Performance:

Track the performance of newly activated partners and identify areas for improvement.

Gather feedback from partners to inform future training and support efforts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations and tech teams to ensure seamless integration and support for restaurant partners.

Communicate regularly with partners to build strong relationships and encourage feedback.

Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree is a plus.

Prior experience in installation, activation, roles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with restaurant owners, managers, and staff.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
