Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Monitoring & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor production KPIs (cost, delivery, quality) and ensure targets are met.
- Investigate root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure daily production plan execution and address any interruptions.
- Process Optimization & Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize quality and reduce costs.
- Monitor equipment performance, optimize working hours, and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Standardization & Documentation:
- Establish and maintain process standards, work instructions, and operating procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of standardized processes across production lines.
- Production Planning & Support:
- Participate in daily production meetings and offer technical process support.
- Lead or support the introduction and localization of new washing machine models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, planning, maintenance, and quality departments to solve process issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
- Promote a culture of innovation, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Crisis Management & Emergency Response:
- Create emergency action plans to ensure continuity of operations in the event of disruptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on washing machine production.
- In-depth understanding of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
