Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key enterprise accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting the company’s portfolio of IT solutions and services. This role requires strong technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across large organizations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

▪ Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

▪ Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted enterprise clients.

▪ Promote IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital transformation, managed

services, and enterprise software.

▪ Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

▪ Build a robust sales pipeline through research and networking.

Account Management

▪ Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, procurement teams, and

business stakeholders.

▪ Primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

▪ Understand client business needs and propose tailored technology solutions.

▪ Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing customer base.

Collaboration & Execution

▪ Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, project delivery, and support teams to deliver solutions and

proposals.

▪ Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and industry events targeting enterprise clients.

▪ Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and commercial documents.

Market & Industry Knowledge

▪ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

▪ Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

▪ 8 - 10 years of proven experience in enterprise sales within the IT industry.

▪ Experience selling solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, ICT, digital transformation,

or managed services.
