Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Managing customer relationships
· Driving revenue growth and retention.
· Resolving client issues and concerns.
· Developing account strategies
· Monitoring account performance.
· Gathering customer feedback and insights.
· Any other task as delegated by management from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Masters in commerce; Postgraduate in Finance; or related studies
· 27 – 35 years old
· Minimum of 5 - 15 years; with 5 years experience in cable industries
· Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
· Reasonable presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.
· Reasonable written communication skills.
· Fluent in Arabic & EnglishIndustry Experience RequiredQualification Required : GraduationExperience
