Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and financial entries accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, and fund position.
• Forecast cash requirements and manage payments/receivables effectively.
• Ensure financial liquidity and timely vendor payments.

Sales Operations Support

• Oversee and validate sales transactions, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Implement controls to minimize leakage and improve sales process efficiency.

Business Acumen & Strategic Support

• Analyse financial data to support business decisions and improve profitability.
• Provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure all accounting processes comply with local laws and tax regulations.
• Improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting accuracy.
• Support implementation of ERP systems or enhancements.
