Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding billing, payments, and account clarifications.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure timely utility, vendor, and statutory payments.
  • Assist with auditing and compliance documentation.
  • Track due dates for payments and maintain an organized filing system for invoices and receipts.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of LC schedules and prompt customer follow-up.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and cost-control activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance administration.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with Zoho Books or Tally is a plus).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication (fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus) and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.
