Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and arranging supporting and dispatching to respective customers. Assist accounts and other department in filling their documents. Supporting Accounting staff while staff on leave and taking copies of cheques signed and forwarding to appropriate staffs. Archives old documents accordingly. Arranging records room as per the standard. Voucher data entry. Data entry for transportation invoices. Cheque printing – Cash cheques, Shipping Cheque & supplier cheques. Doing all other administrative & accounting job as required. Manage all the customer job files copying & dispatching to the customers. Filing all the vouchers CPV, BPV, BRV, CRV, JV, VAT filing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification Higher Secondary (HSC) level and should be able to read, write & communicate in English. Work Experience A minimum of 2 Years Experience in the field of warehousing and logistics. Competencies Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
