Position Title: Assistant Accountant

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday prayer time
respected)

Flexibility: Must be willing to work extra hours if required

Salary: Negotiable

Visa: Provided by the company (if required)

Preferred Gender: Male

Languages Required: English and Urdu mandatory; Arabic and
Persian are an advantage

Education Qualification:

SSLC

Plus Two (Commerce)

B. Com (Preferred but
not compulsory)

Experience: Minimum
2 years of relevant experience (experience in petroleum derivatives industry is
an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the senior
accountant in daily accounting and financial operations

Preparing, verifying,
and maintaining accounting records, invoices, and ledgers

Handling delivery
notes, weighbridge receipts, and petroleum-related accounting documents

Coordinating with
operations for material movement, sample approvals, and delivery confirmations

Preparing basic
financial reports and supporting month-end closing procedures

Managing accounts
payable/receivable and reconciling statements

Assisting in
preparing VAT-related documents and compliance reports

Supporting management
in financial decision-making with accurate data entry and reporting

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in Tally
or any other accounting software

Strong knowledge of MS
Office (Word, Excel, Paint, etc.)

Familiarity with
basic accounting concepts and reporting formats

Knowledge of
petroleum-related products, financial documents, and operational workflows
(preferred)

Ability to handle
emails, maintain accurate records, and manage correspondence

Attention to detail,
accuracy, and confidentiality in all financial matters
