Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accounting Assistant

  • Entry of accounting documents (purchases, sales, banks).
  • Filing and archiving of supporting documents.
  • Monitoring of supplier payments and customer reminders.
  • Preparation of the elements for the monthly or annual closing.
  • Assistance to the accountant or chartered accountant in his tasks.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Training in accounting (BEP, Bac pro, BTS or equivalent).
  • My knowledge of computer tools (Excel, accounting software).
  • Rigour, discretion and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit and ability to work under supervision.
