Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Prepare, organize and carry out physical inventory operations (stocks, fixed assets, equipment).
Establish and monitor internal control procedures related to inventories.
Perform reconciliations between physical inventories and accounting data / ERP systems.
Identify and analyze the discrepancies found, propose corrective actions and ensure follow-up.
Ensure the updating of stock databases and fixed asset records.
Profile
Excellent knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, Sage, Odoo or equivalent).
Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, searches, reporting).
Position based in Hassi Messoud and surrounding areas
