Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, daily transaction posting, journal entries
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Invoice processing, reconciliation, vendor/customer follow-up
Inventory & Cost Tracking: Stock reconciliation, costing accuracy, coordination with production teams
Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statements preparation
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain audit-ready files and adhere to internal controls
Operational Finance Support: Budgeting assistance, workflow improvements, document management
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP
Intermediate - Advanced skills in MS Excel
Good working knowledge of OneDrive and cloud-based file organization
Experience with other ERP systems is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Background in manufacturing, printing, or production environments is a plus
A responsible, organized, and professional approach to financial operations
