Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Tasks /Responsibilities:
- General Accounting & Reporting
- Record daily journal entries with supporting documents and post closing entries (accruals, payroll, EOS, fixed assets) and maintain proper documentation, scanning.
- Record recurring invoices, petty cash, and business trip expenses.
- Review budget availability, support approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Create and issue invoices; update collections in CRM and relevant portals (SEC, Tarshid).
- Record real estate collections and revenue.
- Register new customers and update existing customer information.
- Follow up on pending customer for collection and process returns.
- Verify supplier invoices and update supplier information in systems; reconcile supplier accounts.
- Process payments (prepare slips, update CRM, notify support, record in system).
- Handle advances, freight/customs invoices.
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile customer, supplier, and bank facilities transactions .
Inventory & Control
- Perform regular inventory adjustments and physical checks.
- Reconcile customs, clearance, and freight invoices with GR records before posting.
Compliance & Systems
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations for invoicing and reporting.
- Work across multiple systems (Dolphin, CRM, SEC Finance, Tarshid portal).
- Update item master data (price lists, UOM, HS code, expiry, etc.).
- Support internal and external auditors with required documentation.
Support Functions
- Support Medical, Dental, Investment, and Real Estate divisions for inquiries and Reporting .
- Review and approve business trips and related expenses.
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia for temporary assignments if requested.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum [3:5] of relevant accounting experience (real estate/medical/investments sector)
.Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with high transaction volumes.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
