Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions accurately in line with accounting standards.

Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of accounts.

Follow up on customer, supplier, and labor accounts, deliver and settle contracts with site engineers, and prepare periodic account statements.

Contribute to the preparation of budgets and periodic financial reports.

Reviewing site and company invoices and expenses and verifying financial documents.

Preparing, reviewing, and taxing contracting and finishing contracts, ensuring the company's rights.

Monitoring employee insurance, salaries, and attendance.

Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Provide regular financial reports and updates on high management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in contracting or interior design industries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
