Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Record and pass accounting entries.
- Prepare POs, SOs, PIs, and invoices.
- Create and manage Statements of Account (SOA).
- Handle export/import documentation.
- Prepare bank payment advice.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Desired Candidate Profile
· B. Com / MBA graduate
· 2-3 years of experience in related field
· Knowledge of MS Excel
· Knowledge of working of multi foreign currency accounting and forex related entries
· Knowledge of Tally & Microsoft Dynamics 365(preferable but not required)
· Experience in handling Documentation (online as well as physical filing)
· Good communication skills
· Basic to medium level VAT and corporate tax knowledge and some working knowledge of DMCC is expected
· Must be punctual and proactive and able to complete the tasks on assigned deadline. Able to perform well in the pressure
