Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and project accounts. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and subcontractor payments. Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for construction projects. Process payroll and employee expenses. Ensure compliance with local accounting laws, tax regulations, and audits. Coordinate with project managers and site teams on project costs and financial matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry. Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of VAT, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC region. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with project managers and site teams.
