Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting compliance with UAE VAT and reporting requirements. The role involves handling reconciliations, expense management, sales verification, and assisting in month-end financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and post daily financial transactions in ERP systems (Tally/Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Process vendor invoices, handle petty cash, and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare bank, cash, and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer receivables, verify store-wise sales, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation for VAT filing and assist in quarterly submissions.
  • Support monthly P&L preparation, management reports, and annual stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for audits and maintain proper accounting records.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong accuracy, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
