Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Process payroll, tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a related industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
