Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant / Auditor to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management with timely financial reporting. The Accountant / Auditor will also be responsible for preparing tax filings, handling electronic invoicing systems, and assisting with external and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct audits of financial reports and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
  • Prepare and file tax returns through electronic platforms according to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage electronic invoice and e-receipt systems.
  • Assist in tax examinations and provide the required documentation to authorities.
  • Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with the latest accounting and auditing standards
  • Recording and posting to general accounts, journal entries, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
  • Experience in auditing practices
  • Experience in preparing and submitting tax returns through electronic platforms according to different types of taxes
  • Handling the electronic invoice and e-receipt systems
  • Experience in preparing and submitting documentation for tax examinations of all types
