Below Requirments shall be discussed during interview.

.Perform purchasing activities, including executing and purchasing any raw materials, maintenance, and .operational supplies for the company.
Prepare and review the trial balance for suppliers on a monthly basis.
Follow up on service suppliers and the company's contractual obligations.
Prepare reports related to suppliers and purchases.
Ensure that supplier accounts are consistent at the end of each financial period.
Follow up on value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax, and addition tax.
Conduct periodic visits to suppliers at their business locations to learn about all developments.
Monitor documents received from the purchasing department and follow up on responses.
Assign tasks by distributing purchase orders and following up on responses.

Follow up on import operations
Thorough knowledge of the documentary credit system and collection documents
Prepare import costs
Follow up on suppliers' accounts abroad and bank transfers
Link the import system to the general accounts

Preparing inventory ledgers (incoming and outgoing)
Tracking all items and linking them to purchase invoices
Conducting periodic and continuous inventory of warehouses
Preparing inventory reports
Recording all transactions and accurately tracking inventory levels
