Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Enter, check and classify accounting documents (invoices, expense reports, bank statements, etc.).
Participate in the preparation of tax and social security declarations
Prepare balance sheets and other accounting documents
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Monitor customer and supplier accounts
Monitoring of invoicing and banking transactions
Participate in improving internal accounting procedures
Monitoring of cost accounting and cost control
Profile
Education: Degree in accounting, management or finance.
Good command of general and analytical accounting
Knowledge of tax and social principles 
Proficient in office software (Excel, Word) and accounting software (PC PAIE - PC COMPTA - SILWANE)
Personal qualities:

Rigour, method and a sense of organisation
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Analytical and synthesis skills
Responsiveness and sense of priorities
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
