Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection.

  • Perform month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation.

  • Track customer invoices, collections, and follow-up for timely payments

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.

  • Handle petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and daily expense records.

  • Verify project-related expenses and ensure compliance with company policy.

  • Ensure VAT compliance and maintain proper documentation for filing returns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment is required.

  • Proficient in Tally & MS Office for day-to-day accounting operations.
