We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and demonstrate the ability to manage financial transactions and provide insights into our financial status. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and preparing financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulations, and improving financial processes. This role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while interacting with various teams to provide financial guidance. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for management.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Counsel.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations and guidelines.
• Perform detailed and accurate account reconciliations and analyses.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff when necessary.
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecast future financial trends.
• Conduct financial audits and coordinate the management of tax returns.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency in financial reporting.
• Maintain internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
