Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing insightful financial reporting.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections, optimizing cash flow management.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in the UAE, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field, showcasing practical knowledge of local regulations.
Demonstrates experience in the construction or real estate industry, highlighting industry-specific knowledge.
Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken), facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships within the team.
Maintains a high level of integrity and ethical conduct, upholding professional standards.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
