Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Auro Premium Coffees L.L.C. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support our Finance Controller in managing day-to-day accounting operations across our coffee retail, roasting, and trading business segments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles, high accuracy in financial data entry, and a willingness to grow within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, and customer accounts).
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE regulations.
Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure ongoing compliance.
Work closely with internal teams to support financial reporting and process efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
Ongoing or partial qualification in ACCA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage.
Sound understanding of accounting principles and journal entry processes.
Experience with bookkeeping, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, etc.).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with UAE VAT reporting and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-entity business structure.
