Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize liquidity and financial health.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
