� Job Vacancy Announcement Position Title: Accountant cum Secretary Gender: Female Department: Finance & Administration Reporting To: Plant Head Location: Ras Al Khaimah,United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 4000-5000 AED Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Secretary to support our Finance and Administration team. This dual-role position requires the candidate to manage day-to-day accounting operations while also providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations with the Stock Management . Also a candidate who can handle Store material purchase & can maintain Stock of the Store . Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and journals. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. Other Duties Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations. Can maintain Stock of the Raw material check the lead time of the materials and can order materials accordingly . Organize and maintain company files, contracts, and records. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings. Attend meetings and prepare minutes when required. Provide general administrative support to management and staff. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for smooth workflow. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 1–4 years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration/secretarial roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and reporting. High Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of accounting software (Zero,Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of [Arabic/Hindi/Other Language] will be an added advantage). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
