Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new billers.
• Organize and facilitate business meetings to present company services.
• Ensure all biller services are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Address and resolve any business-related inquiries from billers.
• Grow the network by increasing the number of connected billers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for all biller communications.
• Prepare and send monthly reports on new billers to the Sales Manager.
• Execute and adhere to approved IT security procedures.
• Report any actual or potential security incidents to the Information Security Officer.
• Follow internal decision-making protocols effectively.
• Comply with information security policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of information security measures across the organization and within the department.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on internal and external campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the department head.

Qualifications

• 1 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent account management and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
