Job Description

• After successful 2024, looking for Account Manager to join the team in Dubai.
• Manage and grow client accounts within the telecom sector, with a focus on VoIP and SMS services across Africa and the Middle East.
• Manage day-to-day account activities, including service delivery, issue resolution, and coordination with internal technical teams.
• Work closely with operations and software teams to ensure smooth integration of services and timely project delivery.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have at least 2 to 5 years relevant experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a telecommunication, VoIP, or SMS Industry.
• Strong network in the industry across Africa and/or the Middle East, with the ability to onboard and manage client accounts
• Full understanding of telecom-related software and platforms, including VoIP systems, SMS gateways, routing, CRM tools or any relevant.
• Can speak fluent English.
