Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
You will join the CSM-AM team based in Morocco . You will interact with C- level executives as well as mid-sized companies (SMBs), in both the private and public sectors:
Your main responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for a client portfolio and building a relationship of trust;
Managing contract renewals while creating cross- sell & up- sell opportunities ;
Identify opportunities and develop existing accounts by unlocking contacts within new departments to expand our reach;
Supporting clients in a consulting process;
Hold customer appointments to get their feedback on the use of our products;
Track business and usage KPIs ( Churn , Cross revenue, Upsell revenue , etc.)
Desired profile:
3 years as an Account Manager in a BtoB environment , ideally in SaaS / tech environment;
Excellent command of French , Arabic and English (internal communication in English + some clients exclusively in English);
A training role across our various modules to ensure continuous skills development for users;
An expert and consultant stance , capable of understanding the business needs of legal departments, general secretariats and compliance departments, and of proposing suitable solutions;
A rigorous and proactive monitoring of the customer relationship, guaranteeing good adoption and long-term satisfaction;
The ability to identify and propose workarounds when necessary, in close collaboration with our support and product teams;
