Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Account Management and Client Success
- Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities that meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite professionals.
- Analyse and interpret performance data to generate insights and strategic recommendations for both the client and internal teams.
- Manage client feedback efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Lead presentations and negotiations in meetings with diverse client teams to effectively communicate solutions and value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, project management, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent client satisfaction.
- Support multi-channel marketing and outreach activities to foster increased client engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, opportunities, and pipeline activities using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Freshworks.
- Proactively monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and drive account expansion.
Required Experience and Skills: Account Management in Localization
- 2 3 years of demonstrable experience as an Account Manager within the localization, translation, or language solutions sector (industry experience essential).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with an ability to interpret data and present strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Confidence in leading client meetings and delivering compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Freshworks) and familiarity with marketing processes and tools considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
