Roles & Responsibilities
Description
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong communication and building long-term partnerships
• Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial strategy development to on-site execution and post-event reporting
• Lead a team of event coordinators, producers, and designers to deliver exceptional event experiences
• Develop comprehensive event plans and timelines, ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to clients
• Identify new opportunities to expand the scope of services and grow existing client accounts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to provide strategic counsel to clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., creative, production, logistics) to ensure seamless event delivery
• Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and cultivate new business leads
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
